ATOL TERMS OF SERVICE
EFFECTIVE 2026.09.1701 THE SERVICE
ATOL is a task and record keeping application operated by Beesa Ltd ("we", "us"). It stores the tasks, calendar entries and notes you write, and can optionally read a Google Calendar account you link in order to display its events for filing. By using ATOL you agree to these terms.
02 YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret and for everything done through your account. Your account is personal to you and is not transferable. Tell us at info@atol.co if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You agree not to use ATOL unlawfully, and not to attempt to reach data belonging to another account.
03 NO WARRANTY
ATOL is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data held in it will not be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
04 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or goodwill, arising out of your use of ATOL. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
05 TERMINATION
You may stop using ATOL at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or withdraw the service entirely, on reasonable notice where it is practical to give it. On termination your right to use ATOL ends, and the data held in your account is deleted.
06 CHANGES
We may revise these terms. The revised version is published on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of ATOL after that date means you accept it.

08 GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
